Regeneration of a former deport site located within the centre of Aberdeen City to create a boutique student accommodation consisting of 121 studio apartments with ancillary accommodation consisting of a communal student lounge, study areas, games area, etc.
The project was delivered within budget, and more importantly to a extremely aggressive programme to ensure the studios were available for the incoming student population of the new academic year.
The project received comendation and was a finalist at the Scottish Property Awards 2019.
