New build development of 36 flatted dwellings for Perthshire Housing Association, consisting of a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom units with amenity flats incorporated to ground floor apartments.
Designed in a traditional form and massing, with contemporary features through the use of Siberian larch clad stairwells, and large window units to maximise natural daylighting into the apartments.
The scheme was designed to and accredited Secured by Design.
