Inveresk Homes are a relatively small family run developer who focus on providing bespoke, high quality residential developments. They initially approached Yeoman McAllister Architects having had a poor experience from another architectural practice.
The site at Seaview Crescent contained a disused children’s care facility that was alien to the residential surrounding street. The ambition was to create Townhouse units that catered for large modern families that took advantage of the location, offering seaside living while offering easy access to the nearby city centre.
Each of the six townhouse units created has generous floor plan layouts with private gardens to the front and rear, integral garage and exceptional views out over the Firth of Forth, taking advantage of the streets elevated position.
We are pleased that through the delivery of this highly successful project, our relationship with Inveresk has continued with future developments ongoing.
