New build Apartments consisting of 12no. contemporary apartments and 2no. penthouses, with underground parking and landscaped gated grounds. Characterised by the way in which it reworks the typical Edinburgh house design by inventively combining glass and local stone, this project won the ‘Best Exterior Design’ category and a further award for ‘Best Luxury Development’ at the What House Awards 2007.
