The site is located on the western edge of Blairgowrie and extends to approximately 29 hectares. The masterplan takes cognisance of the prominent location along the Perth Road and the existing landscape structure topography and surrounding woodland. The masterplan included provision for a potential new care home, hotel site, retail / business opportunities and up to 200 new houses.
