Juniper Residential Ltd. aspires to provide beautifully designed and carefully considered bespoke age exclusive housing. This development promotes independent living, but with features such as a development manager, communal lounges and landscaped gardens. The landscaping was particularly important due to the existing setting with mature trees around the perimeter and to compliment the new contemporary buildings.
Yeoman McAllister Architects worked with Juniper and the design team to create a high quality development where residents would experience all of the benefits of owning your own home but within an environment where additional facilities are on hand if required. Thus giving the residents a range of lifestyle options.
