Scotland’s fourth Porsche Centre located at Broxden, Perth for Peter Vardy Limited which has successfully completed for handover on an extremely aggressive programme.
The project was implemented in October 2016 with Yeoman McAllister involved from the outset to support the viability appraisal, and land bid in January 2017.
Thereafter Planning approval was secured in July 2017 with site works commencing in September 2017, and completion in March 2018, an 18 month programme from inception to completion with a Contract Sum of £3m.
The new Centre consists of a 14 car showroom and 9 bay workshop and shall boost the local economy in the region of £22m over the next 10 years.
