New 30,000 ft2 dealership comprising showroom space for 30 cars, 17 bay workshop and associated parts storage facilities.
The building interprets the core principles of the Mercedes Benz International Corporate specification creating a distinctive and sophisticated glazed showroom which envelopes the largest single car retail space in the country.
In 2019, Yeoman McAllister Architects were commissioned to provide additional floor space for the expanding business. After reviewing various options, we extended the mezzanine floor to provide a low cost solution for the client.
