Yeoman McAllister Architects were approached by Eastern Western Motor Group to undertake the role as Architect and Contract Administrator for the extension and refurbishment works at Grassick’s BMW Perth.
The brief was to extend the existing BMW Showroom to create an inviting reception area and new Handover Bay. Current BMW Retail Standards specification were applied to the existing dated showroom and the mezzanine floor was transformed into open plan office accommodation.
The once congested customer parking has been remodelled into a free-flowing space with feature external displays.
