The Craibstone Masterplan was developed by Yeoman McAllister to provide approximately 700 new private and affordable homes on a site owned by the SRUC close to the new bypass (AWPR). Phases 1 and 2 have been approved by planning and phase 3 was submitted for planning in December 2020.
The latest phase includes a new local centre for the new and existing community which will incorporate retail and office space as well as providing 234 new dwellings. The dwellings range from 1 bedroom apartments to 5 bedroom houses and also includes 42 affordable homes.
