A flatted development undertaken on a Design & Build Contract for Perthshire Housing Association consisting of 42 No 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with various social needs housing accommodated. The design allowed for the majority of the public rooms to be oriented to take advantage of the adjacent public park, and maximise light into the apartments.
The scheme was designed in accordance with Secured by Design standards, and awarded full accreditation upon completion.
