Residential redevelopment of the former City Hospital site in south west Edinburgh, providing 438 dwellings on a 43 acre site. Distinctive character generated through the retention and refurbishment of the former Victorian hospital buildings, thereby preserving local identity. Existing buildings are complemented by an arrangement of new buildings set within a hierarchy of external open spaces and a mature parkland setting.
